The villa has a large living room with a fantastic fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, halogen hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and convection oven).

Double sliding doors give access to the private garden with private pool (6x3 meters), equipped with a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower.

Our villa is located in the friendly town of Pilar de la Horadada, located along the N332 and AP7.

From the kitchen there is access to the utility room (located behind the house) where the washing machine, dryer and heat pump are located. There is also a storage room.

On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double box spring bed and a bathroom with rain shower / toilet.

On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double box spring bed, and a bathroom with rain shower / toilet. There is also a large sun terrace, accessible through double sliding doors.

The villa has its own parking space in the garden, accessible via a remotely operated electric sliding door. The entire front of the house (downstairs and upstairs) is equipped with electric shutters.

There is an alarm system with tracking system.

The villa can be rented for up to 6 people. There is a baby cot and high chair available.

Pets are not allowed.

Pilar de la Horadada is a very friendly town with various possibilities for relaxation, sports, restaurants and shops. These are often within walking distance, there are also plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling. The beach and the sea are about 2 km away.

So you are within a short time in the famous places San Pedro del Pinatar, Torrevieja and Santa Pola. the larger cities of Cartagena, Murcia and Alicante can also be reached within 60 minutes by car.

The large (partially covered) shopping center La Zenia (150 shops, 5000 parking spaces), the recently opened indoor shopping center Dos Mares and places like Alicante, Cartagena and Murcia, are well-known attractions.

As stated earlier, the beach (of Torre de la Horadada) is only 10 minutes by bike from the villa.

There is 1 e-bike available and 1 regular bicycle, more bikes can be rented in the village.
